Athletic Booster Board: I am looking for parents who would like to work with me next year on the Athletic Booster Board. We would meet once a month to go over the current season, the upcoming season, and anything we can do to make things special for our kids. Athletic Booster Banquet: Evites have been sent to parents of our athletes. (Please check your spam folder.) If you did not receive an invitation, email me, as your invitation might have been sent to the wrong address. The date of the event is Thursday, May 31, at 5:30 pm in the Upper Room. All coaches and players are guests of the Athletic Boosters. Parents and siblings will be charged $10.00 each to attend. You can send in your check made out to St. Mary School with Booster Banquet written on the memo line. Please note your email address so I can let you know I received your payment. If you wish to pay at the door, you can do that as well. Please remember to RSVP when you get your evite so we can make plans accordingly.

New Scoreboard: With the money raised from our Golf Outing we would like to purchase a new state-of-the-art scoreboard. However, we are a little short of the final cost. If a family or business would like to make a donation to help us meet our goal, the donor’s name or business name will be placed on the bottom plate of the scoreboard. Fall Athletic Teams: We will be having a Coed Cross Country Team (grades 4-8) as well as Girls Tennis and Volleyball (grades 6-8). I asked interested players to sign up with their teachers (with parent email addresses). If your child did not sign up, please let me know so their name can be added to the appropriate list. All participants will need to submit the 3 required forms (permission slip, physical form, and travel form) before the season begins. A “Participation Fee Form” for each sport is also required. If the sport does not require a referee, the fee is $25.00. If the sport does require a referee, the cost is $45.00. This form is given out prior to the distribution of uniforms when we know your child will definitely remain on the team.

Open Gym Volleyball: There will be open gym time for all rising 6th-8th grade girls in June. The dates will be Monday, June 11, 18, and 25, and Wednesday, June 13, 20, and 27. The time is 9:00-11:00 am. There is no fee.  Bring your enthusiasm and focus on getting ready for the upcoming season.


Girls on the Run: I wish good luck to all of our young ladies who will be running this Saturday in the 5K race. If this is your first time, have fun and remember to smile when you cross the finish line. For those who have run a 5K before, strive for a personal best and be there at the finish line for your teammates…….GO LADY FALCONS!
