As part of an ongoing effort to support the staff at the St. Mary School, we are offering the following opportunities for families to volunteer their time to the school. Please take a look at the list and keep in mind that many of the activities have parts that can be done from the comforts of your home.

Once your form has been received a representative for the specific opportunity will contact you to discuss how best your talent(s) can be used.

Library Volunteer

Assist Mrs. Scrocco with shelving books, check-in and check-out procedures and class activities.		    
Art Class Volunteer
Contact: Kim Karns
Assist Mrs. Karns with art related special projects and class activities.		    
Innisbrook Wrap Fundraiser
Assist coordinator with separating and organizing purchases, unloading boxes and delivering to classrooms.
Friday Fun Festival
Contact: Ms. Christy Kramer
Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, Committees Forming now for decorating, entertainment, etc.
Fête du Mardi Gras

Box Tops for Education
Assisting in gathering, promoting and processing Box Tops for St. Mary School.
Campbell Soup Labels
Assisting in gathering, promoting and processing Campbell's labels for St. Mary School.
Grocery Reward Programs (Harris Teeter, Food Lion)
Assisting in registering and follow-up for the various rewards programs so St. Mary School receives the max. benefit.
Development Volunteer
Contact: Mrs. JoAnn Daley
Assist with the coordination of Alumni events and contacts, advertising and marketing, Grant proposals, yearly tuition raffle, tuition assistance, annual giving campaign and donation solicitation.
